STR Science shall provide Member with the Premier Host Accelerator Program (“PHA”).

PHA includes:
1. Short-Term Rental Masterclass-The ultimate course on starting an Airbnb business with step-by-step content broken into 3 sections to guide you to launching your first short-term rental.
2. Weekly Video Group Coaching - Weekly video conference calls covering a wide range of topics relevant to short-term rentals, real estate, business, and investing. Weekly Video Group Coaching will take place in Kajabi Communities and held in a group coaching format.
3. Downloadable Resources-Cold call Scripts, Startup Checklists, Lease Addendums, Message Listing Tips, House Rules, Message Templates, and more.
4. Access to Private Slack Group - The private slack channel is for interacting with our coaches, your accountability cohorts, and to facilitate deal sharing and partnerships. Scope of Services
5. Dual Access for a Spouse or Business Partner - Member will be granted one (1) login credential to the Masterclass and Live Group Coaching portal that Member is welcome to share with one spouse or business partner. Both individuals may request access to the Slack group so long as the secondary Member references the email of the primary member when requesting access.

All video Coaching Calls will take place in communities or Zoom. If Member needs to contact STR Science for any reason outside of the Weekly Group Video use [email protected]

STR Science hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

Member is expected to:
1. Stay current and complete all lessons in the Masterclass Program.
2. Attend weekly and monthly coaching calls when their schedule permits. STR Science hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time. 3. Participate in the message board in the community & Private Slack channels.
4. Be respectful of all coaches and fellow members.
5. Seek to add value to fellow coaches, members, and the program itself.

 
Member shall have Monthly Access to the PHA Masterclass, Downloadable Resources & Slack community.

The member may be subject to immediate removal from the coaching program under the following circumstances:
● Violation of program guidelines or code of conduct.
● Persistent disruptive behavior that affects the learning environment.
● Failure to comply with payment obligations or unauthorized sharing of program materials.
● Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct towards fellow members or coaches.
● Any action or behavior deemed detrimental to the overall experience and objectives of the coaching program.

Due to the nature of educational content, coaching, and general business advice being “nonreturnable”, all payments by Member to STR Science are NON-REFUNDABLE & FINAL. Member further agrees to waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with his/her credit card processor or bank. We are in the business of happy and successful short-term rental operators. While we do not offer refunds, we will work tirelessly to resolve all PHA related issues.

Member agrees to treat all information obtained from STR Science in the performance of this Agreement, including, but not limited to the online course content, the substance of the video conference calls, Member’s log-in credentials (username and password), and the price of the Program(s), as confidential and proprietary to STR Science. Member shall treat all records, information, and work-product prepared, shared, or maintained by STR Science and its employees, agents, and representatives in the performance of this Agreement as confidential and will not disclose this information to any other persons, social media platforms, firms, or organizations by any means.

Member agrees to hold STR Science harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind relating in any way to the Coaching Program. In no event shall STR Science be liable to Member, or any third party, for any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Coaching Program and/or this Agreement.

For the purposes of STR Science marketing, Member irrevocably and perpetually grants STR Science the right to photograph, videotape, and record Member’s name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written testimony along with any material furnished by Member during STR Science coaching calls, virtual events, and the STR Science Community, in whole or in part.

Member and STR Science agree to all terms in this Coaching Agreement.
